The Mobile Climate Control division develops, manufactures, and sells climate control systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and controls for commercial vehicles. It serves the bus market, including transit, coach, school, and shuttle buses; off-road vehicles market, such as infrastructure, agriculture, forestry, mining, and materials handling; utility vehicles market comprising emergency and service vehicles; and defense vehicles market for troop transports. The Ringfeder Power Transmission division develops, manufactures, and markets products for use in mechanical power transmission, and energy and shock absorption for machine manufacturers, companies in the mining industry, and other high-tech companies under the Ringfeder, Tschan, Henfel, and Gerwah brands.
