Tessenderlo Group NV, together with its subsidiaries, provides industrial solutions for agriculture and valorizing bio-residuals worldwide. It operates through four segments: Agro, Bio-Valorization, Industrial Solutions, and T-Power. The Agro segment engages in the production, marketing, and trading of crop nutrients, including liquid crop and potassium sulfate fertilizers, as well as crop protection products. This segment offers ammonium thiosulfate under the Thio-Sul brand, potassium thiosulfate under the KTS brand name, and other fertilizers and soil amendment products under the Crop Vitality brand; and specialty fertilizers under the names of SoluPotasse, K-Leaf, CaTs, etc. The Bio-Valorization segment produces, sells, and trades in collagen proteins for food, pharmaceutical, health and beauty, energy, nutrition, and technical applications. This segment also specializes in the valorization of various animal by-products; transformation of animal by-products into proteins and fats for the pet food and animal nutrition, aqua feed, lipochemistry, fertilization, gelatin, cement, and energy sectors; and offers animal proteins and fat ingredients. The Industrial Solutions segment is involved in the production, marketing, and trading of plastic pipe systems, water treatment chemicals, and mining and industrial chemicals for utilities, agricultural, building, and civil engineering markets. This segment also engages in the delivery of services for the treatment and disposal of produced and flowback water; and recovery of industrial process fluids. The T-Power segment produces electricity through a combined cycle gas turbine of 425 MW capacity. It serves agriculture, food, construction, health, consumer goods, and other industries.
