Siem Offshore Inc., together with its subsidiaries, owns and operates offshore support vessels for the offshore energy service industry. It operates platform supply vessels (PSVs); offshore subsea construction vessels (OSCVs); anchor-handling tug supply vessels (AHTS vessels); other vessels, including fast crew, fast supply, and oil spill recovery vessels; and scientific core-drilling and others. As of March 31, 2020, it had a fleet of 33 vessels, which included seven PSVs, four OSCVs, ten AHTS vessels, two well-intervention vessels, one scientific core-drilling vessel, five Brazilian flagged vessels, and three Canadian flagged vessels comprising AHTS vessels and PSVs.
