This segment also offers services to third-party customers. Its New Energies segment operates waste, biomass power, biomethane, and biogas plants; and wind turbines. This segment is also involved in the renewable energies project development, and operation and management of wind farms and solar parks. The Supply Reliability segment engages in the conventional combined heat and power generation activities; and operates electricity, district heating, gas, and water grid facilities with a total length of approximately 19,000 kilometers. Its Strategic Investments segment generates and supplies heating energy. The Other Activities segment provides metering, billing, and information technology services. It also plans, builds, and operates thermal energy and battery storage, and storage heating facilities; heating pumps; and photovoltaics collector systems, as well as provides energy-related services. The company serves industrial, commercial, and private household customers, as well as small and medium-sized companies.
