It manufactures battery materials, including battery-use zinc powders, hydrogen storage alloys, and lithium manganese oxide and nickel-lithium; catalysts; engineered powders comprising cerium oxide abrasives, tantalum and niobium oxides and carbides, conductive powders, ultra-fine powders, powder metallurgy, and solder powders; copper foils; PVD materials; ceramics for electronic components; and single crystals. The company also offers side door latches, back door latches, trunk latches, slide door parts, etc. for automobiles; perlite for interior and exterior plating, pre-mixed mortar, and hot and cold insulation materials; Nenisanso, a soil improvement material; and ROKAHELP, a filter aid used in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. In addition, it offers zinc and lead oxide and zinc sulfate; grinding wheels; die casts; and copper, copper alloys, and brass plates and coils. Further, the company smelts and recycles nonferrous metals comprising zinc, zinc base alloys, lead, tin, bismuth, antimony trioxide, copper, gold and silver, and sulfuric acid; explores for copper and zinc ores and zeolite; operates geothermal power plant; and provides consulting services for surveying and developing minerals, geothermal energy, hot springs, and water resources. Additionally, it engages in the mechatronics and corrosion prevention businesses; handles wires and cables business; and planning, project management, operational training, and maintenance services to nonferrous metal ore sorting and refinery plants.
