Pangolin Diamonds Corp., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Botswana. The company holds interests in the Malatswae Diamond property; and the Motloutse Diamond project that include eight diamond prospecting licenses that covers approximately 3114.1 square kilometers located in Botswana. It also holds interest in the Kweneng project that covers an area of 361 square kilometers located in the Kweneng district.
