Dillistone Group Plc provides technology solutions and services for the recruitment industry worldwide. It operates in three divisions, Dillistone Systems, Voyager Software, and GatedTalent. The Dillistone Systems division supplies technology and services to executive search firms and in-house search teams at various corporations and not-for-profit organizations. It provides FileFinder, an executive search database, CRM system, research tool, report writer, and project management solution. The Voyager Software division offers recruitment solutions, including Voyager Infinity that manages the work of recruiters working to fill permanent and longer-term contract/temporary vacancies; Voyager Infinity SaaS, a managed service on the Azure cloud; Voyager Infinity Connect Mobile App for recruiters; Voyager VDQ! for blue and white collar temporary placement agencies; and evolve, a SaaS-based workflow solution for various sizes and types of recruitment business. This division also offers Voyager Mid-Office, pay and bill solution, which automates the processing of large volumes of timesheets and payments to various clients and candidates; Voyager Bureau, which enables bureaus to subcontract back-office operations for multiple client recruitment companies on a single platform; and ISV that provides pre-employment skills testing and training tools to recruitment businesses and corporates.
