Envictus International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides various food and beverage products primarily in Malaysia, China, rest of ASEAN countries, and Africa. It operates through Food Services, Trading and Frozen Food, Food Processing, and Dairies segments. The Food Services segment develops and operates Texas Chicken restaurants, and San Francisco Coffee chains. The Trading and Frozen Food segment imports and distributes food products in raw and processed form for the hospitality and consumer-based food industries. This segment also offers frozen/chilled meats, dairy products, seafood and condiments, and various other products to 5-star hotels, airlines, cruise ships, hyper/supermarkets, bakeries, butcheries, fast-food chains, grocery stores, food processors, and other wholesalers. The Food Processing segment manufactures and sells frozen bakery products, such as croissants, bread loaves, baguettes, burger buns, sweet pastries, savoury pastries, pizza, muffins, bagels, and pretzels for the hotels, retail, entertainment, convenience store, airline, and catering industries under the Hearty Bake brand name. This segment also offers cold cuts, sausages, portion control meat, and smoked salmon for supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants. The Dairies segment manufactures and distributes condensed and evaporated milk. It also engages in the provision of IT and management services; property investment activities; and sale of restaurant and café vouchers, as well as operates fast food restaurants. The company was formerly known as Etika International Holdings Limited and changed its name to Envictus International Holdings Limited in July 2014.
